Cody is a Director of Photography, Editor, and Founder of Cinegrade. Hailing from Central Pennsylvania, his BMX background lead to a job shooting and editing for Nitro Circus, creating stories in over 20 countries that showcased the highest levels of action sports in the world. Over time, Cody parlayed his experience in action sports into a thriving career as a commercial DP, creating work for some of the world’s biggest brands. His meticulous attention to detail regarding camera movement and lighting allows him to make dynamic visual content that consumes the audience, prominently putting the brand story front and center.

Pat is a commercial and documentary cinematographer residing in Phoenix, AZ.  His early foray in filmmaking came by way of skateboarding in his hometown of Grand Rapids, MI.  Pat spent a large majority of his 20’s on the road working on documentary films for various NGOs, traversing the majority of South and Central America in the process.  His documentary experience gives him a unique versatility on set, having worked in notoriously difficult conditions throughout the world.  Pat is able to think quickly and work on his feet to help bring the best out of each and every production.

Josh McElwee is a photographer residing in Central Pennsylvania. With early origins in BMX, he quickly morphed his passion into a flourishing action sports photography career shooting for the biggest brands and publications in the sport. Having spent a large portion of his career working in challenging locations with notoriously difficult subject matter, his ability to problem solve and shape light on location has allowed him to flawlessly adapt his work to branded commercial, lifestyle, and sports content for some of the biggest brands around.
